2. What Intel does
Intel is a software product that runs locally on your machine. It may help you:
- Search for and identify public review sources.
- Analyze public Google and Yelp review content.
- Compare your business with local competitors.
- Identify customer complaint themes.
- Generate reports, summaries, and recommendations.
- Set up optional recurring reports if you choose to enable them.
Intel is an informational business tool. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, advertising, reputation-management, or professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use or purchase Intel. If you use Intel for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Purchases and payment
Intel is sold as a one-time purchase unless a different offer is clearly stated at checkout.
Your download, installation, and use of Intel software is also governed by our Software License Agreement.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Khan AI does not receive or store your full credit card number. Your payment processor may have its own terms and privacy policy.
Prices may change in the future. A price change does not affect purchases already completed.
5. Installation and setup
After purchase, you may receive an install link, command, file, license information, or other setup instructions. You are responsible for:
- Having a compatible computer and internet connection.
- Following the install instructions.
- Providing your own AI API key when required.
- Paying any usage costs charged by your AI API provider.
- Keeping your operating system, browser, dependencies, and API keys secure.
Khan AI may provide reasonable onboarding and support, but Khan AI does not guarantee that every device, operating system, network, firewall, browser, or third-party service will work with Intel.
6. Third-party services
Intel may interact with third-party websites, search providers, review platforms, AI model providers, package managers, hosting providers, operating systems, and other external services.
Khan AI does not control third-party services. Third-party services may change, block access, rate limit requests, remove content, alter their interfaces, change pricing, or stop working with Intel.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, rate limits, and laws that apply to your use of third-party services.
7. Public review data
Intel is designed to analyze publicly available review information. Khan AI does not guarantee that any report is complete, current, accurate, or representative of every customer opinion.
Review platforms may contain inaccurate, outdated, fake, biased, removed, or incomplete content. Intel's analysis depends on the data available at the time the report is generated.
8. AI-generated output
Intel uses AI systems to generate summaries, themes, comparisons, and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it or using it in business decisions.
You should not treat Intel output as professional advice or as a guaranteed statement of fact. AI-generated reports may misunderstand context, miss important details, or produce recommendations that are not appropriate for your business.
9. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to use Intel responsibly and lawfully for legitimate business intelligence purposes. You agree not to use Intel or Khan AI services to:
- Break any law or regulation.
- Violate third-party rights.
- Access data you are not authorized to access.
- Harass, defame, threaten, or target people or businesses unfairly.
- Generate deceptive, misleading, or fake reviews.
- Misrepresent AI output as verified fact without review.
- Overload, scrape, or interact with third-party services in a way that violates their policies.
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Intel except as allowed in the Software License Agreement.
- Remove copyright, license, or attribution notices.
