Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Intel from Khan AI.
1. Digital product
Intel is a digital software product delivered through an install link, download, repository, command, or similar digital access method.
Because access is delivered digitally, all sales are generally final once Intel has been delivered, downloaded, installed, or used.
2. Setup support guarantee
Khan AI wants customers to get Intel running successfully. If you cannot install or run Intel, contact support at marcus@khan-automation.com within 7 days of purchase.
Khan AI will make a reasonable effort to help you troubleshoot setup issues.
3. Refund eligibility
Khan AI may approve a refund if:
- You request support within 7 days of purchase.
- Intel cannot be installed or run on a reasonably supported system after troubleshooting.
- The issue is not caused by unsupported hardware, unsupported operating systems, missing internet access, unavailable third-party services, revoked API keys, customer refusal to follow setup steps, or customer misuse.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available if:
- Intel was successfully installed.
- Intel generated a report or analysis.
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- You no longer want the product.
- You expected a guaranteed business outcome.
- Your AI provider charged usage fees.
- A third-party service changed, blocked, rate limited, or removed data.
- You violated the Terms of Service or Software License Agreement.
5. Chargebacks
If there is a billing issue, contact Khan AI first at marcus@khan-automation.com so the issue can be reviewed. Khan AI may revoke access, support, updates, or license rights if a chargeback is filed after product delivery.
6. How to request a refund
Email marcus@khan-automation.com with:
- Your name.
- Purchase email.
- Purchase date.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshots, logs, or error messages if relevant.
Do not send API keys, passwords, or private credentials.
7. Payment processor timing
If a refund is approved, the payment processor controls how long it takes to appear on your original payment method.
